How to create Animated GIFs in Adobe ImageReady 7.0
Hi, Once again am here to show you that how can we create Animated GIFs in Adobe ImageReady 7.0
Open Adobe ImageReady 7.0, then Go File>Open. (open any two different images)
Now we have, Image 01 & Image 02. Select Image 1 and open Layers and Insert a New Layer.
Next, click on Image 02 then select all ( Ctrl + A ) and Copy ( Ctrl +C )
Then, again get back to Image 01 and select the Blank Layer and Paste ( Ctrl + V) and close Image 02 (ya, without saving)
Good!! Now you have two different images in one file. Lets start the animation part. Go to Window>Animation. This will open an Animation window.
Very Good! Now, click on Duplicate Current Frame from the Animation Window, which will create another frame to the Animation Window.
Go to Layers and click on the EYE icon of the Layer 2 to hide the select layer. You can see the changes on the animation window.
Ok, now, you have two images in the Animation Window. Before animation make sure that you have Optimize Window on the Screen. to open the Optimize Window – Go to Window>Optimize.
There is one more thing left, before doing animation. Select the GIF option from the dropdown list from Optimize Window, because the JPEGs, PNGs etc files are not acceptable for animation OR you can say the animation doesn’t work on other than GIFs.
Lets start the animation. Well, it’s not like a heavy animation, but Adobe ImageReady gives you a “time delay” option (time gap between images). If you are really a CREATIY guy, you can create lots of animations through your creativity. Click on the down arrow which says “0 sec” ( zero sec ) just beneath the images in Animation Window and select the time whatever you want. Change the delayed time of both images to see the difference, after that you can see the animation within the Screen itself by clicking on PLAY button.
Now, you have completed the animation. We are ready to export the image. Go to File>Save Optimized As. Name of the GIF image. That’s It !! Your animated GIF is ready for Use.
Note: Make sure that you are saving as GIF. Other than GIF extension doesn’t work. If you are not able to saving as GIF then go to Optimize Window and Select GIF option from the dropdown list then choose the option “Save Optimized As” from the File menu.
Output File.
Best Wishes
